We will provide a fully detailed Inspection Report of your new home, detailing all imperfections in accordance with NHBC guidelines.
Many defects go unnoticed to the untrained eye and can, in some cases, cause major issues in the future, if left unattended.
Inspection Reports will be made available 24hrs after inspection, which allows the developer to log and attend.

At Lothian Property Inspection & Snagging we deal with New Build Homeowners, in most cases, over the Lothian region, inspecting everything from 1 Bedroom apartments to 5 bedroom Detached homes.
We have also been involved in Large Bespoke projects for return clients.
We are also involved with many Letting Agencies, providing detailed reports at the end of tenancy agreements, in Edinburgh City centre and surrounding areas.
